Joining the Penrith CBD Corporation is free for businesses located within our CBD boundaries.
The Penrith CBD Corporation is funded through a special rate levy paid by CBD property owners. This funding enables us to deliver initiatives that support local businesses, activate and rejuvenate the CBD, improve place appeal and create opportunities for businesses to connect, learn and grow.
We work collaboratively with key stakeholders including Penrith City Council, Western Sydney Business Centre and the Chamber of Commerce, as well as local businesses and property owners.
As a member, you can stay connected to local business news, events, workshops, networking opportunities, promotional initiatives and opportunities happening across the Penrith CBD.
